Future interviewers should beware when asking pop star Rihanna about her love life, because if the last few days have shown anything is that the singer wont react well to people prying into her private life.
The singer/actress is currently promoting her debut film role in Battleship, alongside Liam Neeson, Taylor Kitsch and Alexander Skarsgård, and whilst at a press junket she slammed a reporter who asked about her rumoured romance with Ashton Kutcher.
And now in this latest interview with Australia’s Sunrise presenter Natalie Barr, the ‘We Found Love’ singer has a similarly hostile to response to questions about her love life.
Natalie asks Rihanna: “How frustrating is it when you’re linked to another Hollywood star even if you’ve barely met them?”
To which Rihanna responds bluntly: “Very frustrating. Almost as frustrating as being asked about it.”
Digging herself a bigger hole, the interviewer then says: “Well, people are interested in you because you’re a big star.”
Rihanna cuts the interview dead, but not before replying: “They are. They’re interested in a lot of things… that don’t matter or shouldn’t matter.”
